当前，新冠肺炎疫情在全球呈蔓延扩散态势。为有效阻止疫情跨国传播，根据国务院、河北省联防联控机制要求，承德市对来自疫情严重国家和地区人员入境后采取检验检疫和防控举措。为了您和家人、公众的生命安全和身体健康，请您理解支持并配合我们在非常时期采取的特殊入境措施：

1、入境后，请您遵从疫情防控工作人员安排，接受健康检测，并如实回答工作人员的询问。

2、抵达目的地后，请您严格遵守疫情防控的相关规定，配合当地政府做好防控措施。

3、拒不配合或故意隐瞒旅行史、相关病例接触史及病情情况，造成疫情扩散，危害公共安全，将依法追究刑事责任。

A Letter to Travelers Who Incoming（Returning）ToChengde

Dear passengers,

Welcome to Chengde, Welcome back home.

Given the current global spread of COVID-19, Chengde has introducedcontainment measures of inspection and quarantine for travelers from countriesand regions severely affected by the disease in accordance with therequirements of the State Council and Hebei Province with a view to effectivelycurbing its cross-border transmission. For the safety and health of you, yourfamilies and the public, we hope to have your understanding, support andcooperation for the following entry measures during this special period.

1. Please follow the arrangements of the epidemicprevention and control staff，accept health examination and answer our questionshonestly.

2. Please strictly abide by relevant regulations onepidemic prevention and control, and cooperate with the local government inimplementing various control measures after arriving at your destination.

3. Those who refuse to cooperate or deliberatelyconceal their travel history, contact with confirmed cases and their ownillnesses shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance withthe law, provided they cause spread of the epidemic and endanger public safety.
